The daily planner with a built-in pomodoro focus timer
One most-important task. A short list. One ring to close. Flocus plans your day around focused work — not a longer list — and the timer that does the work is built right into the plan.

A calmer way to plan the day
Four small steps, repeated daily. The method is the simplicity — there is nothing else to configure.
Choose your most-important task
Every day starts with one decision: the single task that makes today a success. Everything else lines up behind it, on a deliberately short list.
Estimate in pomodoros
Give each task an estimate in focus blocks, not vague hours. Small, honest numbers turn a wish list into a plan that fits inside a real day.
Work in focus blocks
Start the built-in pomodoro timer right from your plan. One task, one block — the planner and the timer are the same surface, so nothing gets lost between apps.
Close the ring
Every finished block fills your daily Focus Ring. When it closes, the day is done. Not endless — enough.

One ring to close. A streak to keep.
You set the ring’s goal — a number of pomodoros or focused minutes — and finished focus blocks fill it through the day. Close it and the day counts; close it again tomorrow and a streak begins.
Bigger days earn medals along the way, and personal records mark your best. But the ring only ever asks for enough — it’s a finish line, not a leaderboard.

Give the week a shape, then review it.
Set a handful of weekly goals and link your daily tasks to them, so each day’s short list quietly adds up to something larger.
At the end of the week, a short review shows what moved and what didn’t — a calm ritual that makes next week’s plan better than this one’s.

Plans that get more honest over time.
Flocus compares what you estimated with what tasks actually took, day after day. Most of us over-plan by a wide margin — seeing the gap is how it shrinks.
Insights also surface when you reliably focus best, so you can put your most-important task where your attention actually is.

Weekly and monthly recaps, written from your real days.
Every week and month, Flocus assembles the story of your focus: rings closed, streaks held, goals finished, and the tasks that mattered.
It’s the long view that daily planning can’t give you — quiet proof that the method is working.
No headband needed. But there's one waiting.
Complete on its own
The planner, the pomodoro timer, the Focus Ring, streaks, weekly goals, and recaps all work with nothing but a browser — on your laptop or your phone. Plan in the morning, focus through the day, close the ring at night.
The only planner that can read your brain
Wear an optional Muse EEG headband during a focus block and Flocus tracks your flow state from your actual brainwaves — live feedback on the focus your plan was built to protect. No other daily planner can do that.

Planner questions, answered
What is the Flocus daily planning method?
One most-important task. A short list. One ring to close. Each morning you choose the single task that makes the day a success, estimate your tasks in pomodoros, and work through them in focus blocks with the built-in timer. Finished blocks fill your daily Focus Ring — when it closes, the day is done.
Do I need a Muse headband to use Flocus?
No. The planner, pomodoro focus timer, Focus Ring, streaks, goals, and recaps all work with no hardware at all. A Muse EEG headband is an optional layer: wear one during a focus block and Flocus tracks your flow state from your actual brainwaves — making it the only daily planner that can read your brain.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The daily planner works in any mobile browser — plan your day, run focus blocks, and close your Focus Ring from your phone, and add Flocus to your home screen for an app-like experience. Only optional Muse headband sessions need a desktop browser with Web Bluetooth.
What closes the Focus Ring?
Focused work, not checked boxes. You set a daily goal — a number of pomodoros or focused minutes — and the ring fills as you complete focus blocks. When you reach your goal, the ring closes for the day, and consecutive closed days build your streak.
What happens to unfinished tasks?
They don’t pile up into a guilt list. Each day starts with a fresh, deliberately short plan — anything still worth doing earns its place again when you choose tomorrow’s list, and the weekly review shows you what kept slipping so you can plan more honestly.
How is this different from a to-do app?
A to-do app collects tasks; Flocus plans the day around focus. Estimates are in pomodoros, the focus timer is built into the plan itself, and the measure of the day is focused time — the Focus Ring — rather than the length of your list. Insights then compare your estimates with reality so your plans keep getting more honest.
What’s free, and what’s in Pro?
